Nursing Philosophy
Our nursing philosophy ensures that nurses are committed to providing patient-centred care to the highest possible standard, in partnership with our colleagues in the interdisciplinary team.
Each patient is an individual with a right to receive the appropriate and best, evidence-based, highly skilled nursing care.
We respect the uniqueness of the individual and are fully conscious of each person’s physical, emotional, psychological, cultural and spiritual needs. Our nursing care is sensitively planned, and given, to meet these needs.
Our constant aim is to provide excellence in care and the best possible quality of life for each patient, their relatives and friends.
