Welcome to the Patient Administration Services Department. We provide comprehensive patient administration support throughout the Network. All patient administration processes are managed by our department, including appointments, letters and referrals.
As required by the Health Service Executive, we record your personal details along with your health insurance or medical card information and securely maintain this on file.
Our aim is to keep this process simple and efficient. All on the Patient Services Administration Team work hard to help patients avoid unnecessary stress and delays when they attend.
You will be seen by a Doctor as soon as possible. However, delays can sometimes occur due to the number of patients attending.
If your Consultant has requested your admission to the hospital, you will receive a phone call from us the day before you are expected once your bed is confirmed.
